These are the rates which we shall charge you if you require our technical help.

A day

A full day of a ProVu technical team member, booked in advance. Nominally 7 hours.

£650

Half day

A half day of a ProVu technical team member, booked in advance, nominally 3.5 hours.

£350

Ad Hoc

On demand help.

£25 per 15 minutes.

Extra's

Out of hours

Work outside normal office hours, including weekends - + 25% and minimum charge is 100 pounds.

Unsocialable hours

Work between 2300h and 0700h - double standard rate and minimum charge 500 pounds.

On holiday hours

Use of a ProVu member of staff on while they are on leave. double standard rate.
