Easy to use
Unlike PC based software systems there is no need for any headset or microphone the WVP-1100 is as easy and familiar to use as a normal telephone. Once connected the phone can be left permanently on and ready to receive and make calls 24 hours a day.
High Speed Broadband Connection
All that the 1100 videophone requires is a high speed Internet connection such as ADSL Broadband, Corporate WAN or cable modem.
Voice Over IP
With voice over IP (VoIP) rapidly gaining in popularity the new 1100 supports the preferred VoIP SIP protocol. Therefore the 1100 is ready now to connect with other SIP VoIP users around the world regardless of whether they are using a PC or VoIP handset such as the Snom voice phones ProVu supply.
