IP Videophone software upgrade

These are instructions about how to upgrade the firmware in your Wooksung IP videophone.

Warning

Do not upgrade unless you have a special reason to - you may not be able to return to the same version of firmware you had before. If you have a new videophone, then following these intructions might get you a downgrade.

Don't follow these instructions unless you've been told to by somebody at ProVu.

You may need to calibrate your touch screen after the upgrade (2100W only).

Instructions

1. go to menu/configuration
2. Dial 13790 - magic code
3. Enter upgrade server IP address
4. Press send button

Upgrade Servers

213.2.4.67 - will make your phone SIP
213.2.4.68 - will make your phone H.323

Screen Calibration instructions

1. Manually scroll to information icon using control bar
2. Press OK to go into information
3. Enter 5454 from key pad - magic code
4. Screen will display small black cross in top left corner
5. Touch + in top left and then in bottom right corners with pen top or similar
6. Touch screen display should function as normal

Web Admin

The latest units include a web server for administration. This has to be activated by dialling 1269 on the information screen.
