Making a call

Dialing a call

[1] Lift the handset
[2] Dial the required number. Use the * key to insert a . if required.
[3] Press the Send key.

Answering a call

[1] Lift the handset or press the speaker button.

Ending a call

[1] Replace the handset
- if in speakerphone mode, then press the speaker button.

Phonebook

Users can store up to 300 entries into the Phonebook.

Registering numbers in the Phonebook

[1] Select 'Phonebook' on the Main Menu, or press the Speed-Dial button when the phone is on the hook.
[2] In the Phonebook Menu select 'Add'.
[3] Enter the name and phone number of your contact
- Press the 'Enter' button to use the on-screen keyboard when entering names.
[4] Select 'Save'.

Calling from the Phonebook

[1] Select 'Phonebook' on the Main Menu, or press the Speed-Dial button when the phone is on the hook.
[2] ESelect the number you want to dial.
[3] Select the 'Call' icon or press the Send button.

Video Answering Machine

Use the built-in video/audio answering machine allowing you to record video/audio greeting messages for automatic playback when you are unable to come to the phone. Callers can also record video messages on the videophone.

Recording your Outgoing Message

[1] With the phone on the hook, press the Record/Stop button on the base unit to start recording.
[2] Press the Record/Stop button again to stop recording.

Enabling/disabling the answering machine

[1] To enable the answering machine
- In the Main Menu, select the 'Auto Answering' icon to enable the answering machine.
[2] To disable the answering machine
- Lift the handset or press the Speakerphone button to disable the answering machine.

Playing your Incoming Messages

[1] Press the PLAY/STOP button or select the 'Records List' icon on the Main Menu.
[2] Select the message you wish to playback and select the 'Play' icon.

Call Recording

You can record your contact's video/audio during conversation into the phone memory for future playback.

Recording the call

[1] During a call, press the Record/Stop button on the base unit to start recording.
   - 'Record' in red will appear on the OSD.
[2] Press the Record/Stop button again to stop recording.

Playing back the recorded call

[1] Press the Play/Stop button or select the 'Records List' icon on the Main Menu.
[2] Select the record you with to playback.
[3] Select the Play icon or press the Play/Stop button.
   - Pressing the Play/Stop button during playback will stop the playback.
