SARK - PBX overview
The SARK PBX software is an advanced telephone system for the SME market segment. Unlike other Asterisk based systems SARK has been developed first and foremost from a telephony perspective by our developer Jeff Stokoe who is ex BT and AT&T. Jeff's approach right from the outset was to develop a telephone system that could compete effectively with the traditional PBX manufacturers like Avaya and Mitel. SARK has also been developed to be completely open and extensible, thereby enabling our resellers to develop and adapt the system to whatever features and requirements customers may come up with. And should any bespoke requirements arise, all developments are handled in-house enabling our team to provide quick answers and short lead times for any developments.
With over 2000 users world-wide, the SARK PBX product has established a reputation for being extremely reliable, highly functional and particularly well equipped for remote support.
The range of SARK PBX systems are available in a range of appliances.
The software is also available in two versions: SAIL and SARK.
- SAIL is available free of charge and is completely Un-Supported.
- SARK PBX software is also available for download, but only to resellers that have attended the one day SARK accreditation course. There is also a annual support charge with all SARK downloads.
