To get a feel for how the ProTalk system works and is administered, this selection of screenshots shows common usage scenarios.
- PBX start screen - this is the main access screen to the PBX configuration, server configuration, operators panel, on-line voicemail access and documentation.
- PBX time based incoming calls screen - set your office hours and where to send incoming calls during and outside of this time.
- PBX DDI routes screen - here, incoming numbers are directed to internal extensions, ring groups etc...
- PBX outbound routing screen - numerous, powerful dial patterns can be used to route certain calls out to certain VoIP providers, analogue lines or ISDN lines. This can be used to block certain numbers (such as international calls) or to implement least-cost-routing and much more.
- CDR Reports - powerful call detail reporting features are easily managed from this screen. All records can be exported to CSV or PDF format for further analysis using external software.
- Operator Panel - the operator panel allows authorised users to monitor and control the various calls in progress. Being web browser based, no extra software is required.
