COURSE S1 - Basic Sales ProTalk Accreditation Course Agenda
This course is for resellers selling the ProTalk systems to customers - end users. It provides the basic training allowing a sales person to make a sales presentation, perform an introductory demonstration, understand the customers basic needs and develop a basic proposal for the customer.
The course is designed for newcomers to VoIP, but a basic understanding of telephony is assumed. For people without such a background it is suggested that they undertake the Course B1 - Basic Introduction to ProTalk.
