We provide our resellers with a range of value added services which support them in choosing, deploying and managing the hardware they buy from ProVu. These services are ultimately about saving our resellers time and money allowing them to concentrate more on their core business.
Fulfilment
We receive your orders, package white label and drop ship your hardware directly to your customers for next day delivery. This means you don’t need to hold stock or buy in bulk.
Technical Support
Our technical support team offer a wide range of knowledge and expertise. With nine years of VoIP experience we feel that your questions could not be in better hands.
Automatic Provisioning
Phones arrive directly to your customers ready to plug in and use. We can automatically provision your phones saving you the hassle of either manually provisioning the phones or trying to explain to your customers how to do it.
Phone Management
Using ProSys' Phone Management tools, will allow you to manage your entire deployed IP phone estate. It is a valuable aid for support personnel as it allows them to find and resolve problems quickly saving time and money.
Training
We are accredited to run a number training courses that are aimed at increasing the knowledge of our resellers on the products we represent. We also understand that sometimes travelling to the other side of the country can be difficult, so we offer the option of having our trained technical team come and visit you.
Extended Warranties
We believe in the quality and reliability of products we sell but for extra peace of mind for your customers why not offer extended warranties; upto 5 year. (Avaliable on all snom and Yealink phones)
Consultancy
The ProVu Team are often engaged by manufacturers and service providers on a consultancy basis. Areas of expertise where we have consulted in the past include, product specification, protocol design, system engineering design, building of provisioning platforms and interop testing.
Pre-sales advice
We offer a first class sales support service, which includes a wide range of product knowledge and excellent sales techniques.
Phone Repairs
If you have an out of warranty phone, that develops a fault we may still be able to help to get your phone working again.
