Snom Headset Packages
Voice over IP (or VoIP) is a set of technologies to enable voice telephone calls to be made over IP data-links including LAN, WAN and internet applications.
The new snom wireless headset adaptor is a small electrical device that connects a wireless headset to a snom 320, 360 or 370 phone. The adaptor forms in interface to the headset so that the user can answer and terminate calls from the headset control buttons. In addition users can also put calls on hold, mute the microphone and adjust the volume whilst in a call.
Previously the alternative product was a wireless handset lifter which was a mechanical device that lifted the handset off the phone hook every time a call was answered.
The snom headset adaptor is a much smaller, neater and simple solution that enables users to work more efficiently.
ProVu have tested the GN Netcom 9120 and 9350 and found these models to work perfectly with the snom phones and wireless headset adaptor.
