Service providers must not deploy sub standard software to their users
Problems can be caused by the SIP phone, the SIP servers, the network, or a combination of all three.

When a problem is found, we can use diagnostic tools and knowledge of SIP to identify the cause of the problem.

We are also happy to produce reports for new devices which a service provider is considering
