It is necessary to quote your support agreement reference number before ProVu can provide immediate technical operational support. Please ask for further details of this service, outlining the type of support service you require.


Returns Policy

ProVu do not accept returns without an RMA number assigned by a member of the ProVu technical team. Any returns received without prior arrangement will be held until the customer collects the item at their expense.

If you believe your item is faulty, please read the returns policy in order to obtain an RMA number from a member of ProVu staff.

Unless you have a special warranty or support contract, all items have a one year warranty from time of despatch.
