Refunds and exchanges
Unless you have a special warranty or support contract, all items have a one year warranty from time of despatch.
Do you have a faulty product or have decided you no longer need or want a product you have purchased from us?
Please note: ProVu do not accept returns without an RMA number assigned by a member of the ProVu technical team. Any returns received without prior arrangement will be held until the customer collects the item at their expense.
So please follow these steps before returning any goods:
- Firstly please read our Returns Policy before sending back any goods. The returns policy will inform you whether you are eligible for a refund or exchanged and on what conditions
- Once you have read and understood our policy you will then need to fill out a RMA request form
