ProVu's ProSys system allows IT service providers and resellers to drop ship our VoIP products directly to their end users.
Why use ProSys?
Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs) and resellers operate best when they focus their time and resources on winning and keeping customers; non-revenue producing activities such as customer-premise-equipment (CPE) stocking, provisioning, and despatching are necessary evils in getting customers up and running, usually absorbing scarce ITSP and reseller resources that would be better deployed on marketing and selling their services. Most ITSPs and resellers would rather outsource the burdens of supply, stocking, warehousing, pre-configuring, pick/pack/shipping etc of CPE to their end users; the difficulty is that this can only be given to a trusted partner who can be relied on to provide the highest standards of technical and commercial deliverability. ProSys has been developed by ProVu to meet this need.
What does ProSys deliver?
ProVu Communications, as the leading independent UK distributor focused on VoIP solutions, has achieved the technical expertise and unit volume to make those processes much more cost efficient. Partnering with our ProSys service, your chosen CPE devices leave our warehouse ready for the end-user to open the box and immediately connect to the VAR/ITSP network. When the end user plugs in their device, auto provisioning occurs (a completely transparent process for the end-user). The device is ready to place calls over the ITSP/Reseller network. The end-user will receive the packaged delivery as if it came directly from the ITSP /VAR with all necessary branded documentation and identification.
Cash Flow benefits
A key benefit of the ProSys service is capital release, the outsourcing of hardware purchase and stocking leading to an immediate benefit to the ITSP cash flow; with ProSys you pay for CPE only when the customer has paid you. With ever increasing pressure on margins, moving stock related costs off the balance sheet has a significant improvement on ITSPs financials.
Benefits for new ITSPs and Resellers
A further advantage of the ProSys service is that it gives the emerging ITSPs and resellers a faster, cheaper and lower risk route to market their new VOIP services. The start up costs to integrate the ProSys software into your web based on line order system is very low. You can be operating from start up within a few days with a proven service offering the best of breed products. We can also provide custom solutions to specific needs that you may decide you wish to offer as a USP.
Choose the level of service you need
Provu's objective is to be your fulfilment and provisioning partner; bringing to your business proposition the most cost effective, reliable and competent method of delivering configured CPE to your end user. The ITSP and reseller markets, sells, bills and collects from the end user and maintains the accounts in the VoIP network; ProVu Communications with ProSys provides all the provisioning, logistics (and reverse logistics when required) and fulfillment. There are different levels of cooperation and customization that you can choose from.
