We are a privately owned profitable company with a young dynamic and established team who are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best in customer service. Due to retirement, we are now looking for a new Sales Director who will continue to drive this success story and bring new thoughts and ideas to the table.

Job Specification

We are looking to appoint a commercially minded dynamic Sales Director who will be responsible for supporting existing sales and developing new sales growth. Areas in which you will have responsibility will include:

  • Developing relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying new target markets and products
  • Managing a small but highly skilled, established sales team
  • Being an active and dynamic member of the senior management team
  • Working closely with all other departments, marketing, finance and technical

Reporting to the MD you will be working with a forward thinking and progressive board of directors, helping to shape the future of the business. This role by its nature provides an excellent and visible platform for a rising star to demonstrate their real ability.

Your qualities

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Track record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to develop and win new business relationships
  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
  • Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills with good IT literacy
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials
  • Competitive with the desire to be successful in a fast moving environment
  • Be a credible, ambitious and energetic individual, with demonstrable sales experience selling technical solutions and services
  • Someone who meets our core values of humility, integrity, loyalty and ambition
  • You will need to have a positive 'can do' attitude

ProVu are based in newly renovated offices near to Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Located between Leeds and Manchester, Huddersfield is set in the middle of the Pennines, with many desirable and affordable places to live providing an excellent quality of life.
