Overview

The Poly Edge E550 IP Desk Phone is engineered to support the evolving demands of modern workplaces. With a large 5" colour display and 12-line keys supporting up to 48 lines, contacts, and features, it offers an intuitive interface ideal for front-desk teams, executives, and power users. Designed for hybrid work, hot-desking, and home office setups, the E550 delivers a reliable, high-capacity solution in a refined, contemporary design.

Combining Poly’s industry-leading HD Voice with NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies, the E550 ensures outstanding voice clarity while reducing background noise and distractions. Integrated dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth®, and multiple headset connectivity options, including USB, RJ9, and EHS, provide seamless communication and versatile deployment across various environments.

The E550 also prioritises user well-being and accessibility. It includes support for text-to-speech, screen colour adjustments for colour blindness, and larger font settings. Integrated Microban® antimicrobial protection helps maintain device hygiene in shared workspaces.
