Overview

The Snom M256 is a robust DECT communication solution designed for businesses that need reliable, flexible voice communication in demanding working environments. Combining the Snom M250 DECT base station with the rugged M56 handset, this bundle is well suited to warehouses, workshops, production facilities and other busy workplaces where employees need to move and talk.

The M56 handset is designed to withstand challenging conditions, with an IP67-rated housing that provides protection against dust and water. Its ergonomic design and rubberised grip also make it comfortable and practical for everyday use, even if wearing gloves.

The M250 base station is a single-cell DECT solution, with Power over Ethernet helping to simplify installation and deployment. Zero-touch provisioning and remote management features make it easy for businesses and IT teams to configure and maintain.

The M256 can also form part of a wider communication setup as requirements evolve and can work with other Snom M5X handsets. Built-in security features, HD audio and Bluetooth support, and the integrated alarm button and man-down function provide an additional layer of reassurance for employees working in potentially hazardous or isolated areas.
