Overview

The Snom HD300 is a professional hospitality phone for hotels, guest rooms, healthcare and serviced accommodation. Combining elegance with practicality, it delivers SIP-based communications while prioritising hygiene, privacy, ease of use and simple deployment.

Hospitality-Focused Design

The corded Snom HD300 integrates neatly into guest rooms either wall or desktop mounted. The LED call and message indicator ensures guests can easily identify incoming calls and voicemails, while the antibacterial housing supports enhanced hygiene standards.

Designed with Hoteliers and Serviced Apartments in Mind

The HD300 is designed to simplify call and IT management. PoE support reduces cabling and allows easier installation using existing networks. Meanwhile, remote provisioning capabilities help IT teams deploy and manage multiple handsets centrally.

Compliant Commmunication

Because the device does not locally store calls, the phone is GDPR-compliant and supports privacy compliance.

Personalisation

Customisable panels mean that customers can choose to add room numbers, extension details, logos or instructions onto the device.
