Overview

The Snom HD30L is a hospitality lobby telephone designed for hotel lobbies, reception areas, waiting rooms, corridors, and public-facing service points, it delivers a clean, intuitive communication experience without unnecessary complexity.

The Snom HD30L Phone Itself

Unlike traditional phones, the HD30L has no keypad whatsoever. Instead it automatically dials a pre-set destination the moment the handset is lifted, thereby eliminating mis-dialling and ensures guests connect to the right place (e.g. concierge or emergency) and is especially effective in high-traffic or multi-user areas. The slim and durable housing blends into contemporary interiors. With its smooth and antibacterial surface coating supporting hygiene-conscious environments, it suits hotels, care homes, and healthcare facilities.

Streamlined Setup

The HD30L supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), simplifying installation by removing the need for separate power supplies (though the HD30LA analogue variant is available). It can be wall- or desk mounted, giving the choice should different spaces require a varied setup.

Customise and Personalise

Even with a minimal interface, the HD30L offers some configurability. With three programmable keys, additional actions can be added if required. The faceplates and inserts are customisable so organisations can add their logo, room numbering, or directional signage.

Compliant Communication

The HD30L is fully GDPR-compliant with no storage of dialled numbers or personal guest data, ensuring privacy is protected.
