The Snom HD331 is a hospitality phone that elevates the guest experience while simplifying communications and IT. Built for hotels, serviced apartments, healthcare, and premium guest environments, it combines elegant design with advanced cordless flexibility.

The HD331 Phone Itself

The cordless DECT handset gives guests the freedom to move around their room while staying connected. This mobility enhances comfort and convenience, especially in larger rooms or suites where traditional fixed handsets fall short. The device’s slim, modern aesthetic blends seamlessly into contemporary interiors, ensuring technology enhances rather than disrupts the guest environment.

The HD331 is engineered for hotel efficiency. Guests can access services via the programmable speed-dial that connects directly to Reception, Room Service, or wellness facilities. Core telephony functions (hands-free, mute, and call hold) ensure a smooth experience.

Hygiene and compliance are central to the design. The easy-to-clean antibacterial housing helps maintain high hygiene standards across guest rooms. The phone is GDPR-compliant so no guest call data is stored locally, supporting privacy without configuration.

Streamlined Setup

The HD331 integrates effortlessly into modern IP-based hospitality networks. With Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Gigabit Ethernet support, it enables streamlined installation and centralised management, reducing both setup complexity and ongoing IT workload. This makes it a strong fit for scalable hotel deployments where consistency and maintainability are critical.

Customise and Personalise

The HD331 can also be branded. Custom handset labels and design options allow hotels to have the phone complement its surroundings, reinforcing a cohesive aesthetic.
